Team Engagement Session 2026
Amritha CJ - HR
Conducted By:
The session led by our HR, the People Potion Brewer, was designed to encourage creativity, quick thinking, and meaningful interaction among the team. Through three engaging activities, the session created space for expression, conversation, and collaboration beyond everyday work.
Activity 1: Speed Sketch — Understanding Through Communication
The session began with a fast-paced sketching challenge. Participants were given only a few seconds to draw an image on the board, while others tried to guess what it represented. The room quickly filled with laughter as some drawings were guessed instantly, while others led to completely unexpected interpretations. These moments highlighted how clarity in communication makes a difference and helped the team become more attentive to visual cues and details.
Activity 2: The Three Questions — Stories That Brought Us Closer
The second activity shifted the focus to reflection and conversation. Each participant answered three thought-provoking questions:
If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?
What is your most prized possession?
If you had an unlimited supply of one thing, what would it be?
This activity revealed many personal stories, surprising choices, and heartwarming responses. There were moments of laughter, thoughtful silence, and shared curiosity as teammates opened up about their inspirations, memories, and values. It became one of the most memorable parts of the session, helping everyone understand each other beyond professional roles.
Activity 3: Zombie Apocalypse Picks — Encouraging Coordination and Strategy
The final activity introduced a creative survival scenario. Participants were asked to choose three things they would take with them in a zombie apocalypse. What began as a fun exercise quickly turned into strategic discussions, with participants explaining their choices and reasoning. Many began thinking beyond individual survival and focused on how their choices could support the group, encouraging teamwork and coordination.
Overall, the session blended fun with meaningful engagement. It strengthened communication, encouraged openness, and improved coordination among team members. More importantly, it created shared experiences that helped the team understand each other better and work together more effectively.
