This session, led by our HR, focused on refreshing the team’s understanding of key HR policies and employee guidelines in an interactive and engaging format. Instead of a routine policy walkthrough, the session was designed to encourage participation, clarify doubts, and ensure everyone felt confident about workplace processes and expectations.


The session covered essential HR policies that guide day-to-day work, including employee responsibilities, workplace conduct, communication protocols, leave policies, and general guidelines that help maintain a structured and supportive work environment. Real-life examples and scenarios were discussed to make the policies easier to understand and relate to practical situations.


Participants were encouraged to ask questions and share situations where they needed clarity, making the session more conversational than instructional. This helped address common doubts and ensured that everyone left with a clearer understanding of how policies support both individual employees and the organization.
